Steady Bunny began with an awakening that was triggered by a mid-life crisis. We’re a couple that have been collectors and curators of stuff for most of our lives. Now that our children are grown, our pursuit of happiness has shifted. This shift has rippled across the entire spectrum of our lives and one aspect of that is our relationship with stuff. We are more inclined to explore than we were before. Stuff doesn’t fit into the picture like it used to. So, we decided to let it all go. Some people call it downsizing.
Now we have a house full of really cool and often collectable items that we want to pass on to you. We’re not trying to make this a career. We’re not thrift shop resellers. This is our stuff and when it is gone, we’ll close the store.
Downsizing isn’t easy. We’ve had some of these items for 40 years or more. There is a lot of sentimental attachment. We couldn’t just dump them into the unknown, we wanted to make sure that everything went to the right home. You will be pleasantly surprised at the great condition of most of these items. We’ve always been careful curators. Some of this stuff is still like new or just lightly used.
