Refund and Returns Policy

 Overview

Steady Bunny Shop is an online garage sale, and it is operated according to those tenants. The difference is that it is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and you don’t actually have to come into the garage to browse our inventory and purchase items.

Nearly everything listed here is previously owned. We have habitually been good curators of what you see here but time takes it tolls and some things wear out or break down. We do our best to point out flaws when we see them. We also price items accordingly. Items with cosmetic flaws or defects are significantly reduced in sale price.

The condition of items is listed on the product details page. We will elaborate in the description to describe any flaws, or defects. We will include photos of significant flaws to make sure that you are aware. There should be no surprises when you get your shipment. We’d rather you didn’t purchase the item than get it and be dissatisfied. We are diligent in our transparency.

On operational items, we will conduct tests to ensure that the item functions. We don’t have a laboratory of testing devices. We employ a more realistic type of power it on and see if it works approach. Again, the price of these items will reflect our confidence in the longevity.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Given the garage sale nature of Steady Bunny Shop and all the items contained therein, we have to employ a strict No Give Backs Policy. We cannot and will not issue refunds for any reason. Of course, we want you to be 100% satisfied and if we were reselling new items like a standard retail operation, refunds would be part of it. On many of the products listed, we include a link to a similar item on Amazon.com. We’d prefer you use that link to get the item from Amazon if you do not feel comfortable buying it from us. Heck, we might even get a commission if you do. We’re not trying to deceive anybody.

Summary

The bottom line is that we’re just a couple of empty nesters that are re-evaluating our relationship with the stuff we have accumulated over the past several decades. We’re just not stuff people anymore. Some people call it downsizing. Steady Bunny Shop is one way we’re addressing this awakening. We’ve got a lot of stuff that is too good to throw away. We’ve invested too much to just donate it. So here we are just trying to recoup a little bit while we find good homes for all these misfit toys.
