In Blake Edwards' comedy, a successful, middle-aged Hollywood songwriter (Dudley Moore) falls hopelessly in love with the woman of his dreams (Bo Derek), and even follows the girl and her new husband (David J. Jones) to their Mexican honeymoon resort. While his behavior seems sure to land him in trouble, fate plays into his hands.
